ALBEMARLE REMODEL

The Albemarle Remodel is a renovation of a home originally built in 2007. The primary goal was to make the kitchen and living spaces brighter, more functional, and better suited to the homeowners' everyday lives. The kitchen was relocated within the existing footprint, and new windows were added along the south-facing wall to bring in natural light throughout the day. In the living room, several exterior doors and unnecessary circulation paths were removed to create a more comfortable and usable gathering space. The renovation respects the original home while incorporating details and finishes that reflect the style and preferences of the new owners.
