FOREST RD REMODEL

The Forest Road project is a full remodel of a 1950s ranch house located in Biltmore Forest. The exterior is reclad in new sheathing and siding, which allowed for call cavity insulation where there previously was none. Windows and doors have been replaced with larger, highly efficient types, bringing more light into the house. The interior has been reconfigured for improved circulation, with all-new finishes, fixtures, and custom cabinetry, creating a more cohesive design that celebrates a contemporary interpretation of mid-century architecture.
