The Innsbrook House is a custom single family home near the Grove Park Inn. The structure utilizes the foundation of an existing ranch house, adding a three-story volume and vaulting the roof to create a contemporary four-bedroom home with large spaces for entertaining. A three-story stair connects the two masses with large windows at the front facade to highlight the connection of old and new.
