LAKE JAMES

LHA designed a new vacation home in the Arbors at Lake James. The design is simple and efficient, but the house lives deceptively large with two primary suites on the main level and several bedrooms and a bunkroom below. The vaulted living space spills onto the exterior deck with views of the lake. Thoughtfully designed for entertaining families, the house has space for kids and adults to spread out into separate areas with options for small or large groups. The finishes are minimal, but warm, with large expanses of glass that allow the owners to fully interact with the landscape and views.
