MIDLAND ADDITION

The Midland House includes an addition and remodel to the traditional home in Lakeview Park near Beaver Lake. The one-story addition is modeled after traditional sun rooms and designed to look like part of the original construction. The new addition includes a transitional eat-in kitchen with built-in seating, bar, and mudroom and provides a new rear entry that connects to houses central circulation. The former kitchen and dining room have been reconfigured as a master suite with high end finishes blending the old and the new.
