RADVIEW

Radview is a mixed use project within Asheville's River Arts District. This project includes artist studios, office space, and 26 studio apartment units connected by an open exterior balcony. The site plan is designed for maximum density with parking on a small, sloping site with exposed frontage on three sides. An open stair unites the front plaza with the office level above to promote connectivity and activation of the street. The plaza landscape design integrates native planting, corten steel planters, and accessible pathways to soften the urban edge.
